At Embody, you’ll find an array of group exercise classes geared to meet a variety of fitness goals and levels. Our classes focus on improving your cardio health, building strength and gaining flexibility. Embody’s group exercise activities are lead by a staff of well-trained instructors.

Class Descriptions
Cardio
Cardio Kickbox:
A challenging, fusion of high intensity punching and kicking combinations following by strength training.
Cardio Mix:
Anything goes in this cardio combo class. A mix of cardio such as Step, Kickboxing, low Impact Aerobics, Gliding and more continuous movementp>
Fat Burner
Basic stepping alternated with body sculpting using light weights and high repetition. It's a challenging, energizing, and a great calorie burning workout.
Kick & Sculpt
Burn fat and tone up with a non-stop cardio kick segment followed by total body sculpting.
Master Step:
Do you love advanced step choreography? If so, this class is for youI Come join this non-stop step party and enjoy being challenged physically as well as mentally. Previous step experience is recommended.
Step Challenge:
This non-stop intermediate level stepping experience is set to great music that builds into high intensity step intervals alternated with muscle conditioning. This class will push your metabolism into high gear.
Step Interval:
A challenging, high energy fusion of step and strength that consists of high intensity step combinations interspersed with segments of muscle conditioning.
Sculpting
ABS
A 15 minute ab workout guaranteed to give you results.
Body Sculpt
An all over toning class which increases strength, flexibility and muscle definition. Various types of equipment are used to target all the major muscle groups.
Definition
Change your body with this unique blend of muscular strength, endurance, balance, and core conditioning using weights, gliding discs, balls and bands. Multiple muscles are challenged with each exercise to create a functional, lean body.
PowerPump
This class is designed to work every muscle group in a specific way for a specific amount of reps, with minimal rest between sets to increase muscular strength.
Strength:
This multi-level class is for anyone who wants to develop muscular strength and endurance. We11 tackle basic resistance training exercises using traditional, strategic principles. This simple, easy-to-follow workout challenges every major muscle using a variety of equipment.
Yoga & Pilates
Yoga
Balance mind, body, and spirit. This is a flowing, strength and
endurance building mat workout that improves balance, flexibility, and core strength.
Pilates
A series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates to
strengthen and lengthen muscles with a focus on the body CORE.
Cycling
Cycle
This 60-minute class consists of varying speeds, resistance levels
and intensities targeted to burn calories and tone up your lower body.
Group indoor cycle is designed for any fitness level.
