At Embody, you’ll find an array of group exercise classes geared to meet a variety of fitness goals and levels. Our classes focus on improving your cardio health, building strength and gaining flexibility. Embody’s group exercise activities are lead by a staff of well-trained instructors.

*Please keep conversation to a minimum during class.

Class Descriptions

Cardio Bootcamp

Get in shape “BOOT CAMP” style! Experience high-intensity, full-body workouts that target the major muscle groups of the upper & lower body!

Cardio Tone

CARDIO TONE will alternate step aerobics with weight/resistance training for a high calorie and fat burning workout. Suitable for all levels.

Soul Grooves

SOUL GROOVES is a workout for your MIND, BODY and SOUL. A combination of HipHop, Latin and Athletic movements are fun, easy to follow, energetic and will help meet your fitness goals!

Yin and Restorative Yoga

This YOGA class has the elements of both Yin and Restorative Yoga.
*Yin is an intense form of yoga comprised of holding postures for longer to open and release your connective tissue, increasing range of motion over time.
*Restorative Yoga is a form of active therapeutic relaxation to modify traditional yoga poses and melt away tension and detoxify the body.
This class is a great complement to cardio and strength training and helps release the stress and tension of everyday life. All fitness levels.

Zumba

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective workout. ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. FUN & EASY TO DO!
